The Ghoul is one tough cookie in the world of the Fallout series. He’s been around for 219 years, after all, and has seen everything there is to see. The Ghoul’s S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Perks reflect that he’s a great marksman… and not afraid to feast on human butt jerky. Psychopath seems a little hurtful to us, though. But, we guess we have to agree.

Lucy Maclean, meanwhile, is the polar opposite of The Ghoul, at least at first. They might have more in common than either of them wants to think. But for now, these Fallout series main characters don’t share any S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Perks in common with one another in their Fallout 76 builds. Lucy may have to give in to cannibalism sooner or later, though.

A member of the Brotherhood of Steel, it’s no surprise that Maximus has many S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Perks in the area of strength. And, of course, he can go “all night long.” But we love seeing his good and kind heart honored here as well.
